Shipping / Delivery
Your order will usually be shipped with Postnord or GLS. For large orders, we use a shipping company. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order - and whether you live in Denmark or abroad. Our minimum price for a shipment in Denmark is 49 DKK (Postnord Collect / GLS parcel shop). You can see the shipping cost in the shopping cart after you enter your address. Shipping costs are also reflected in your order confirmation.
Delivery in Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands): Amount starting at 49 DKK to the nearest parcel box. There is free shipping to the nearest parcel box for purchases from DKK 1.500.
Delivery in the EU: Starting at 149 DKK

Delivery outside the EU: Starting at 299 DKK.
We usually deliver within 3-5 business days. However, you should be aware that there may be longer delivery times on the goods you buy from us. Some items are order items that are only manufactured after we have received the order. You will receive an email regarding delivery time if we cannot deliver the item within a week. If you have ordered several items and there is a delivery time for individual items in your order, we wait for delivery to complete the order. We always ship your items together. If you regret your purchase or you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please contact us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then return the item to us within 14 days.
If you return an item, make sure the item is carefully packed - we recommend that you use the same packaging you received the item in. The item should be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it. Always attach a copy of the invoice so that we have all the necessary information.
If the piece is broken upon receival, a refund can not be issued.
Once we have received and verified the return item, we will refund the purchase price to your account. We do not refund the freight - it is only the price of the product itself that you will return.
Please note that we will always refund the amount to the same debit card used for the purchase. It may take a few days before you can see the amount on your account. Upon return, you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by mail. COD.
